YMCA is 37,700 sq. ft. and includes fitness center, natatorium, aerobics room, child watch, and double gymnasium.

Child care center is 11,200 sq. ft. and serves employees of nearby Atrium Medical Center and surrounding community.

Sports medicine facility is 8,800 sq ft. and is a subsidiary of Atrium Medical Center.
It features a spacious gymnasium for physical therapy.

Large footprint and long façade of building is broken down in scale with brick bands, bold metal roof,
and arched multipane windows, all compatible with the surrounding Atrium Medical Center campus.
