The magnificent Dayton Country Club selected
Wilcon as its partner for renovation, restoration
and new construction in six important areas.

of four dining rooms
and the ballroom on a highly accelerated
(four weeks) basis in advance of a
wedding reception. |

One noteworthy aspect of the project
was that
the club remained open during all phases of work,
except the dining room/ ball room renovation. The
close proximity of the South Porch to the 9th hole,
in particular, created special considerations for
both playability and noise management, which
Wilcon professionals accommodated.

MORAINE
COUNTRY CLUB
The renowned Moraine Country Club selected
Wilcon as its partner for renovation and expansion.
Highlights of the additions include an elegant new
ballroom using versatile pre-engineered building
techniques, and construction of ladies locker facilities.
A new pro shop and state of the art maintenance
facility were also part of the project. Wilcon also
made major renovations to the club’s kitchen,
swimming pool and pool house.
