80 days, in the middle of winter, Wilcon was chosen for the project.
Wilcon believes it is the only general contractor in the region to beat this aggressive construction
schedule – and by a remarkable 2 weeks. (Or, as they say in finance, by 15%.) Another
remarkable achievement for this project: there were NO punch items at delivery.
The Fifth Third offices in Centerville serve today as a model for quality and timeliness for all future
Fifth Third banking centers nationwide.
