HUBER HEIGHTS YMCA

The Huber Heights YMCA is the result of three years of negotiations with the City of
Huber Heights, the YMCA of Greater Dayton and a medical partner.  Mid-way through
discussions, the medical partner changed.  Wilcon Corporation met the needs of all
three parties, providing a seamless transition for the medical partner during all
phases of construction.

Owned by the city of Huber Heights, this unique, full-service “Y” opened in February, 2005.
Constructed using the design-build delivery method for maximum value and cost control,
this YMCA provides the community with a spacious, modern recreational complex that
is unequaled in the region. The facility includes an outpatient medical center, with
regional dialysis care, managed in partnership with Kettering Medical Center.
