KLEPTZ YMCA
Wilcon and its in-house design partner, Roll & Associates, is the tri-state’s premier contractor for
high-profile sports and recreational facilities that are both attractive and financially viable. Like its
Springboro counterpart, the Kleptz YMCA has a timeless, low-maintenance design and a spacious
gymnasium designed for energy efficiency. The mezzanine has a generous running track with
rubberized athletic flooring. A 20,000 sq. ft. medical wing is managed by Kettering Medical
Center; it features an atrium lobby and minimalist Frank Lloyd Wright-design. Construction
is brick over prefab, single-story. Administrative offices feature custom casework
and abundant textures that marry good looks with optimal function. The flooring has an elegant,
slate-like appearance.
