MARKETPLACE at SETTLERS WALK

Wilcon was chosen to Design-Build this important retail complex in Ohio’s 3rd fastest-growing city.
“Marketplace” is anchored by Dorothy Lane Market and also features specialty apparel boutiques,
an upscale housewares shop and restaurants. The project pairs Art Deco styling with historical
design elements, using a unique combination of brick, tile, steel canopies and vaulted metal roofs.
The project was build in harmony with community guidelines for landscaping, lighting and
pedestrian activity.

The choice of Design-Build delivery allowed the completion of “Marketplace” to move ahead
aggressively, without compromise of design or construction quality.
