Montgomery County’s largest privately-held company selected Wilcon to Design-build their corporate
headquarters with an eye for future expansion. Thirteen years alter, Primus chose Wilcon to renovate
the original space, and to design-build a multi-level addition in harmony with the architecture of the
original structure.

The addition includes 10,000 sq. ft. of offices and conference areas on the main level, a sunlit
10,000 sq. ft. space below the main level and provisions for a third 10,000 sq. ft. space above the
main level. Among the notable structural features is a Flexicor pre-stressed concrete flooring system.

The renovation combined greater openness and superb utility, and included comfortable new
conference areas, an elegant atrium, and spaces for video production and computer labs.
