SINCLAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE
HUBER HEIGHTS LEARNING CENTER

A Design-Build partnership with Roll & Associates, Inc., this satellite educational facility was added
to the Huber Heights YMCA.  It is one of two similar learning centers designed for Sinclair,
the other being the Englewood Learning Center at the Kleptz YMCA.

Facility includes nine state-of-the-art classrooms with digital access to each student’s desk and
multi-media options at each teacher’s lectern.

Multiple spaces organized around central, dramatically lit atrium, including spacious learning
resource center, student lounge, bookstore and administrative areas.

Interior connection to YMCA creates synergy between the two functions, with the health and
recreational opportunities at the YMCA enhancing the educational mission of Sinclair.
